Comedy and Audio Writer
I’m a London based writer with extensive experience pitching and writing for BBC Radio 4’s multi award-winning and BAFTA nominated ‘The Skewer’ and BBC Radio 4’s ‘Dead Ringers’ and ‘The Naked Week.’
A trained lawyer with research skills and expertise, I have a degree in Creative Writing and English and studied playwriting at the Drama Studio London.
Other freelance experience includes writing for Conde Nast digital, greetings cards and audio adverts. Participant in The Observer’s Journalism school.
Radio Writer
I’ve written for nine series (s.5-13) of the BBC Radio 4 show ‘The Skewer’ (unusual productions) which has won numerous awards including the British Podcast awards, Radio Academy ARIA awards, New York festival awards and more. Its TV debut for BBC iplayer which I worked on was nominated for a BAFTA in 2024.
Topical Comedy
I also write sketches and jokes for BBC Radio 4’s ‘Dead Ringers,’ BBC Radio Scotland’s ‘Breaking the News’ and ‘Breaking the Year’ for radio and TV and BBC Radio 4’s ‘The Naked Week.’
Experienced Researcher
I trained and practised as a lawyer (FCILEx) at CMS so have a background and experience in research. In 2025 I participated in The Observer’s Journalism School.
